Assignment - JAT was retained to assist with the design, coordination and implementation of a Lawson HR, Payroll and Benefits software strategy that would allow the many Cendant companies (such as PHH and HFS) to operate effectively under one system. Cendant Corporation is the world's premier provider of consumer and business services with franchise partners such as Avis®, Ramada®, and Century 21®.

Challenge - The challenges for the JAT team were many:

    The use of different payroll systems and benefits programs in the Cendant companies

    Business procedures were different or non-existent
