4.17.17 Daily Announcements Today is Day 6 April is Alcohol Awareness Month. This year’s theme, Connecting the Dots: Opportunities for Recovery, is designed to draw attention to the persistent impact alcohol-related problems have on young people. Up to 40% of all hospital beds in the US are being used to treat health conditions are related to alcohol consumption. Any graduating senior who will be attending college locally and is interested in working at Englewood Hospital while going to school can see Mr. Ragasa about job opportunities. SAT Prep for juniors will start tonight! Any junior interested in preparing for the SAT’s for June 3rd can attend tonight’s session--please sign in with
Ms. Guttilla in room 217. Verbal classes will held on Monday nights and Math classes will be held on Thursday nights. 7-9pm This year, Bergenfield High School has 459 students participating in at least one AP course. Once again this year, we will ask AP students to come in on Saturday, April 22nd from 9:00-10:00 to register as a whole group for their prospective AP exam. Students should arrive before 9:00 am entering through the gym door #8, or the athletic office door #7, so we can begin the registration process on time. If you cannot attend on Saturday, April 22nd, please submit a letter to Mr. Fasano by Wednesday, April 19th stating the reason and you will be scheduled for another date and time. Breakfast will be served beginning at 8:00 am that morning also in the main gym. Again, students should enter through the gym door #8, or the athletic office door #7.
